Well, Greg if your really must know. I know of John letting a contractor use a company truck for a few weeks and gave the contractor 100% of what the contractor would have made in his own truck. The contractors truck was broke down and in the shop for a few weeks. John didn't ask for one dime...

John I would agree with you 100%. You do show your people that you do care about how much money they make by not trying to grow your fleet too fast. That way your trucks aren't sitting. You also have shown your drivers and Owner Operators that you do care about them by building a drivers lounge...
