    You fail to mention the time of day,but I tend to think he either saw something under your truck or dropped something and recovered it. He would have no motive or anything to gain by doing anything to your truck. Just my thought.

    Every carrier is a business they want to load as many trucks as they can. That is how they make money. If you don't like the offered rate you can say no thanks. It would be great if most load's paid top dollar but those day's are long gone,to many trucks and companies out here.
