Have you guys really looked at the difference in profitability between solo and team and compared the lifestyle? Is it a $5k yearly difference for each individual where it might be worth it for some to solo?

Time to find a better place to get a fully loaded Sprinter or not set the thing up like an RV. Sleepers are relatively easy to set up and do on your own so it shouldn't be anywhere near the cost of a straight truck.
