yeah Ijust got one also......they charged 348$ to tow 4 miles, left the truck at a TA and I had to call ANOTHER tow truck to tow it to the repair shop...4 more miles but that company only charged me 250$. I really think the cfompany panther is using for towing is WAY out of line...and noone...

The cleance is a "DoD high-level security clearance" which is good for 10 years once you obtain it. It is much harder to obtain without a carrier....but the really hard part is using it without the carrier........without being with a gov't approved carrier you have no access to the gov't bid...
