I have 3 trucking maping programs and run them when miles are off and i queston them sometimes the milage gets adjusted and sometimes not

I gave up on trying to figger out panther and thier systems a long time ago i just accept the loads or don't move as little as possable for free and pick my spots to move to and allways try to find out where the outher trucks are at and get away from them the board system is a joke some over...

But doesn't the truck make more money just to have the equiment on there . So how can you claim to take money away from a driver taking a chance on getting hurt and then not being able to work for a few weeks. I forgot then you just find someone to replace them then they lose 3 ways.

Our fleet owner is buying trucks giving bonus and treating us like roaylty . After changing companys owning our own truck What i have discovered that fleet owners that hire a manager that driver to stay the blank away from if in the first meeting they are complaining about drivers stay away...

Thats why the company should offer the load to fleet owner and he gets the rating system to. We don't have a problem with our fleet owner but just watched a driver lose a good load the outher day waiting on fleet owner to say yes or no

Why is it some fleet owners are still buying trucks and some are going broke ? Some say drivers have to take a cut and my fleet owner is adding a bonus program? Maybe you need comuncate with your drivers and not dictate to them on what to do . But like i have heard b-4 if fleet owners want...

I'm beliving that who ever is doing them has no common sence or is so intelengent that they are actualy stupid

We sccan our paperwork as soonas we can after finnshing a load . But loads scaned in on sat and sun sometimes dont get prossed till the next pay day .Backhauls sometimes take longer to go through but i do very little of them seems to be more work in them for less pay and allways extra BS
