Panther seems to have a large Cargo Van fleet, enough freight for everyone?

Been seeing a lot more trucks then loads lately. Seems like if they all were looking for loads in Chicago or Detroit the answer is yes. I'm real curious to see where the industry will be come March 15th is when they are promising more loads. Where do you guys see the industry going...

I'm getting better load offers out of Baton Rouge then Atlanta last week!

In the last two days, I've been offered a load from Baton Rouge to Charlotte, St Louis and Detroit! I'm on hometyme so I'm headed to Texas tomorrow hoping for a load up to Colorado. I'm not sure if this is just a freak accident week or there is always freight out of Baton Rouge but it seems like...

Atlanta SLOW this week for cargo vans. Anyone feel the same?

Last time I was in Atlanta I pulled over for a knap and couldn't even sleep.... 45 min later got called in for a direct run into Southern IL... not the same this time around been here since Saturday, creeping my way up the board, now in the top 5. I'm looking to get to Detroit, Toledo...

Where can you find good drivers to drive your Sprinter when you get sick of driving?

Would be nice if I didn't have to pay Qualcomm fees and be able to take month off without getting hit for $300 of fees from my carrier! Instead of taking the loss why not get someone else to drive the van to keep the wheels spinning. My truck is at 186k and I think it's gunna be a 500+k rig...

When a truck/driver sits/takes a break for 4 weeks why does Qualcomm have to Collect?

QC fees really stack for someone who wants to take off a month or two. I really like to run hard but when I need a break from the expedite lifestyle the fees keep stacking... I'm not a running a strait truck for fedex at 2.12 a miles so I don't have a wads of cash to throw away. When...

Which City/Area Generates the Most loads going out WEST?

Just looking to know so I can get home to Denver CO, although I'm considering taking up residency in Chicago cause it's a great location and very busy freight city. Somewhere in the Western Suburbs 8-15 miles out of city. Most of the offers seem to come from that side of Chicago. I heard...

Anywhere to throughly wash a sprinter underneath and whole truck in CHICAGO IL?

I need to get all the nasty road salt off my truck before it starts looking like some of the other ones I've seen around here. I have the hi roof sprinter with that lousy qualcomm old school roof satellite. If you know of a place. I'm down to spend ten 5- 10 bucks or I can do it myself.

What is more comfortable after driving 700 miles a straight truck or sprinter?

I have a class b cdl but have never driven a straight truck that many miles. Seems they have much better suspensions and you guys running straight trucks feel the road less. If you look under a t700 kw you see a gap of air like a few inches. I wish my sprinter was more comfortable but I...

What is the average weight of a straight truck load?

I don't think I will ever make it to a straight because of dot reg's on solo drivers. I do like the idea being in a more comfortable safer rig.

Why does panther put you on a pro before you even accept?!

Do they really think that you're supposed to take every load they offer?

Denver CO, must be worse then Laredo.

Averaging 1 Cargo Van load every 5 days, its been 5 business days and have not seen a good load offer. Have the rest of the week to try and make a departure. Guess its a hit or miss kind of a place, will wait out the rest of the week. Luckily I live here :) Have heard that LA is the only place...
