The only problem with nations is that they are extremely sssssssllllllllllloooooooooowwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Payers. To there partner carriers anyway, i don't know about there company drivers.

I have a 2000 F-Liner FL70 that has an 8.3L Cummins ISC. Had a valve spring break in the original motor @ 342K. I have heard of engines going 700-800K before any major engine work. Rarely will you here of many going over 800K without a major over-haul.

Like jay-bird said, it's the injector cups. I've seen this problem twice within the past couple of months, unfortunatly on one of my personal trucks. It's best to replace all of them at once and get it over with. You're probably looking around $2,000.00. And go ahead and get the overhead...
