Straps and more straps. Transits have securement bolts spaced along each wall, as you probably have noticed. Can't always strap from one side directly to the other, so you may have to make an X across the freight with two straps. With no E-track, you have to secure skids from slamming...

I'm with Bolt now. I think they are as good as any for newbies. Lots of short runs, but sometimes two or three a day and you total good money. Sometimes no loads, long or short, but not often. Slow times and locations like any other company. Stay with them 6-12 months and learn the traffic...
