    Those Blair Drivers

That's right. Sylectus has that as an option to check when showing truck locations.

Every Expediter Needs To Experience This..

Oh yes! I did it in the winter of 2006 after a delivery in Burlington, VT in an 18-wheeler. It was the only way I could get to Plattsburgh in just a few hours. It was beautiful. More beautiful than taking the ferry from Windsor to Detroit with a HazMat load.

    Those Blair Drivers

Ok. Ok. My use of non-stop meant 45-50 mph. I have to be so careful how I word things here. Why would you have to stoop so low as to say I am a failure as a human being? That's pretty low, Turtle. How about we start saying things like that about you? As usual, an informative thread...

    Those Blair Drivers

See. Never believe a driver. My apologies. I must have been thinking something else. I was in Birmingham, AL. The load was committed to and the truck that was supposed to pick it up went out of service. I was the closest driver. It was about a 465 mile deadhead. It's not a normal...

    Those Blair Drivers

Depends on how hungry you are. I deadheaded from St. Louis, MO to N. Charleston, SC. Picked up at Bosch and delivered in Laredo, non-stop. 2 hours later I picked up in Laredo to Michigan. Yes. I was tired when I finished but think of all the bills I paid when I got paid 5 days later. It's...

    Those Blair Drivers

You know what they say. Never believe what a driver tells you. Unless you owned your own Sprinter, you wouldn't be getting $ .65 a mile at Blair. It's $.45 a mile plus a small FSC. Can you drive 7,000 miles in two weeks? Sure. I've done it. But with freight the way it is right now I...

    Where is the freight?

Is a flat rater similar to a flat earther?

    Where is the freight?

The best thing about EO is you can be sure that if ONE person says it is slow, somebody is going to post that he has never been busier. That's why most people won't ask the simple question "is anybody seeing a decrease in freight at this time?" Why would anybody? We all know the answer to the...

    That's the answer. Thanks.

    Retiring at 62

Didn't quite answer the main question. Gross or net?

    Retiring at 62

If I retire at 62, I can still earn $14,620 before it affects my SS benefits. If I'm self-employed and receive a 1099, is it my net after expenses? If I get a normal paycheck, is it my gross income? Just wondering if I can work part time so I don't lose my mind sitting at home.

    The Sprinters Blimps

If we could get Gov. Christie elected President, being fat wouldn't mean much anymore.

    expediting: passion or necessity

That's pretty awesome, Moot. As involved as I as in APICS, I never met many people other than other APICS people who knew what it was. But, it was my life from 1982 until 2004.

    expediting: passion or necessity

    Winter wipers on a Sprinter

For whatever reason, Paypal doesn't want to allow the payment to INRS. And, there is no other method to pay them. Oh well.

    Winter wipers on a Sprinter

Funny. I'm still on my first cup. Sitting in my recliner watching Fox News with several of my dogs sharing my lap on my yearly Christmas vacation. I suppose I could buy 2 sets and cut one of the extras to extend the driver side. That way I would have a spare if needed. Ready to push...

    Winter wipers on a Sprinter

I'm not sure if cutting them down will increase their length. But, thanks.
