You had the contract with the owner ,not with Panther. Panther paid the load to the owner so ...case closed. For the road service the owner should pay not you or Panther. And finally ,they put you oos because you did not answer to your phone....

Two years ago when Panther reduce the 77 cents per mile to 70 cents per mile they had program that 3 cents more for hazmat and 3 cents more for team. And yes they are some loads even if they are less then 1000 pound and require hazmat.

60 miles to the shipper ...But c'mon, I think my mother in law can drive 680 miles without swap...Safety from Panther it's just ridiculous...Pick up at 3:30PM deliver at 8Am..

Last 7 days loads loads with Panther solo cargo van. 180 miles,350 miles,58 miles, 229 miles.Today finally a 680 miles run from Peru IL to Alabama. After 300 miles QC bip....transfer. So this is Panther with solo driver. 100% load acceptance , 100% in good freight area. MI,OH ,Il,IN.....

The problem is that they have to many trucks. And a lot of short loads. And finally when you get a 7-800 miles run they swap it... Not a good company for solo drivers.

It was an example for SOLO driver 60 versus 40%....On team the difference is bigger .

Panther pay DH miles to pick up the load 18 cents per mile plus 20-25 cents per mile for the loaded ones. SO ,if your fuel is covered by Panther ,why would you choose the 40 % instead of 60% or 65%? The only advantage you have that you can idle on the owner money. If you run 5500 miles per month...

It is true. Very slow pay.Otherwise they are a good company.

First ,it is super slow for vans. Second I don't think was a good choice going team for the small companies .Driving team for the small brokers it is same than driving solo. You not gonna have more miles than a solo driver ,plus you will receive the pay much later.If you want to take advantage...

Do anyone know from what load board takes the smaller carriers their cargo van/sprinter loads. I know NLM or Sylectus. Panther has a small bidding board to. But it is other places to?

Solo no, but they are team. I have a team on one of my Panther van so I know.
