You dont know what was in the contract. For example in my contract is $1000 fee for not returning van. If the driver does not want to return it ,he pays. So simple. Probably that owner had other things to do .He may cant travel 800 miles. He may cant leave his home town...

I was hauling for them until February.They paid after 40-50 days so we said enough .The still didn't pay the last 4or 5 loads. We have the bol ,pod, and the settlement from T&K. I dont think they will pay .We will contact the shippers and we will contact a collection agency.

You not gonna find. I called 15 insurance companies. They not doing it cheaper , they not insure you period. So if you have an insurance now DO NOT cancel it.
