In my opinion, 4000 miles a week is way to many to base a business projection on. We are a team, and I use 2000. This allows for time off, slow periods, etc. Conservative, yes...and it can lead to pleasant surprises instead of rude awakenings. Also, running fewer miles for a better rate is...
