I thought that DOT said that bulkhead had to be able to stop 6000lbs. Will plywood do that?

They are in Dayton,Oh. they hauled quite a bit of freight for Menlo. They used to just have day cabs,we use to cross dock there when I was with Emery and Menlo. lot of nice people.

Wonder if jbrbears can tell me why ups lowered the pay. I started with Emery not long after they started Expediting and the pay for a D unit was $1.45 a mile. By the way jbrbears if you want to check me out my first truck # was 30.

I have always received better service at the cummins dealer then at a kw or fl dealer. imho they have more knowledgeable people and better inventory.

In my post I was not talking about a newby asking questions, I was talking about someone starting a driving job and not knowing the first thing about a truck. I also believe that should be the company fault, if a fleet owner hired them the company should still be responsible.

I believe that a lot of expediters are third class drivers, read some of the posts, you got drivers asking when to use a log book, another asking what are dolly legs and on and on. just too many that should not be out driving a truck on their own.

Running naked to the truck is a good choice.:)
