the thing is there security is in and of itself an admission that they knowingingly screw over there drivers.. I know of other companies with the the same setup seems to me it would be so much better to just treat the drivers fairly and "gasp" allow them to earn a decent living..
actually I believe it is more a sign of what these companies think of there drivers..you do realize most of the world considers us drivers to be scum..<sigh> oh well 2 more years till i get my degree then i'll join the real world
I dont have any inside info on panther itself but in this industry you have to get on the good side of the dispatchers to get the really good loads.. no matter what the company says there is favortism and you best just work with it..
