I am talking about employees that work directly in dispatch that have direct contact to drivers/loads...the building houses more than just dispatch.

I for one drove for PII and know for a fact that none of their dispatchers (at least 6 months ago) didn't own any trucks. Now other employees of PII outside of dispatch I heard do. I had spent a lot of time in their dispatch just getting a feel for what was going on and I gotta say these kids...
