Yep still alive, had a stroke on Christmas morning. Long road ahead of me to get back to a somewhat normal life. Physical Therapy 6 days a week. Youngest son parked his truck and came home to run the distillery until I can return.

A LLC is not needed to claim the mileage deduction that I know for sure. The rest I leave up to a accountant to take care of, you do have an accountant don't you?

Guess I'll check in, been awhile business is steady. On the deer subject only 1 since 1979 over 3 million miles. Mrs Fast recovered from her back surgery and left her law firm to join a larger firm with 6 offices spread out over the United States and with that Merry Christmas glad I'm not out...
Good Monday Afternoon, retired from the road and now after all these years the IRS comes calling, wants my paperwork for 2015.... thought I got out clean! So glad I have an accountant for this. Any penalty he pays.
