I understand. I empower the driver to make good decisions. I work two other jobs so can't monitor their every move. I really really really am blunt with them to set their expectations. My thought behind it is to provide incentive to accept pretty much every load. I don't want to pay a camper...

I download the info from TriStates system, super easy. It separates it. I also like to make sure I'm getting .20/mile/empty after 50 miles.

9 weeks with Tri-State (and 2 holiday weekends). $1/loaded mile, high roof van program +FSC, +.20/mile over 50 for deadhead. 8326 loaded (avg 983 wk) 1,478 empty. Gross $9,099

Payment wise? 750 loaded miles or less per wk 35%, 751-1500 40% and greater than 1500 45%
