The Trump Card...

I also can't help it if you choose to remain intellectually lazy and intentionally ignorant. Read the Terms and Conditions yourself and show me exactly where Trump Media is required to provide a refund if one is requested.
Whine more.

Please, the whining posts are a bit much.
From their website:

You really don't see what is happening, do you? Please take a moment to actually think this through and carefully note language you yourself provided.

Trump Mobile is not required to honor ANY refund request because the offering has not been canceled or discontinued. No phone has yet been delivered but the offering remains open. As long as it does, no refund is required.

At the more practical level, please show me even one credible report of a customer requesting a refund and actually receiving it. Also, please show me credible proof that the golden Trump phone actually exists. No such proof has been provided by anyone that I have found, and I have searched for it. I'm open to being wrong about this. If you can provide such proof, I'll readily admit my error.

FYI, this is an example of what I have found:

"To give you the direct, unvarnished truth based on the factual record right now: No factories have been publicly identified, no workers have been filmed, and not a single actual device has been received, unboxed, or used by a customer.

"When it comes to how the public knows about the assembly locations, the answer is simple: we only know because that is what Trump Mobile corporate representatives explicitly told reporters. It is a corporate claim, not an independently verified fact."
(Gemini)

The reason I continue to assert that the Trump phone does not even exist is because it does not exist. No customer on earth has ever received or used this phone. And as far as I can tell, no Trump Mobile customer has ever received a refund. Some may have asked. I don't know about that. But there are exactly ZERO reports of any such refunds being given.

You already have your proof. No golden Trump Mobile phone has been shown to exist in the real world. No person has been found who has verified they requested and received a refund. Your Snopes inquiry is a an interesting twist in the wording but it does not disprove my assertion.

I'm asking for something real, like can you prove that truck exists? And you could say, yes, that truck exists. There it sits, parked before your very eyes for you and others to see, and to agree that, yes indeed, the truck is real.

Is it too much to ask to actually see a real Trump Mobile phone physically existing in the real world? Or even a factory where they actually started production once upon a time?

Is it too much to ask to hear a credible testimonial from even one live human being who actually requested and received a refund?

I ask for these things and you quibble back with Grok and Snopes. Those are not real phones and real people.

With the media scrutiny, and nearly 600,000 customers, certainly at least one person can be found who would be willing to say they received a refund and show the receipts, yes? I would think that to maintain their good name (cough), the Trumps would find someone to whom they gave a refund and have that person share their testimonial. Yes?

As noted before, there was a delay. Relatively common with tech startups. You apparently can’t produce any evidence of fraud that they are scamming on the deposits. Didn’t you go through the same denial about Truth Social not coming to fruition? I think you did. I think you did .

We're at an impasse and I have no more to say. The phone does not exist in the real world. No real person who made a deposit has received a refund for non-delivery. The shipments that were promised just last week, have not been verified by anyone.

On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, Trump Media CEO Pat O'Brien said on X (formerly Twitter), The T1 Phone has arrived!! Those who pre-ordered the T1 Phone will be receiving an update email. Phones start shipping this week!!!"

That was five days ago. No one I know of, and I have been looking, has reported receipt of any such email or phone. Let's give it five more days. I'm pretty sure what is true today will be true then as well.

ATeam feverishly scanning AI search engines for any random Reddit or X post that someone claiming they immediately didn’t get their deposit back is comic gold.

It Seems Trump Has Lost the Will to Fight

News today: President Donald Trump announced today that a major military attack against Iran, originally scheduled for Tuesday, has been officially postponed.

Here we go again. Not more talks, but more talk of talks. In the meantime the Straight of Hormuz remains under full Iranian control and Iran is tightening its grip. We're about 6 US inflation reports away from the November midterms, and nothing Trump does is moving gas prices lower.

The days-long war has become weeks-long. And by November, it will be months-long.

Keep up the good work, Mr. Trump. The Democrats are counting on you.

No need for 5 days. Reports are the phone is 100 percent real.

I was on the road last week on a business trip, and I returned with new tasks to complete. Other than brief glimpses at the headlines, I've given zero time and attention to politics. I'll reply when I get caught up,.

Acknowledged. The phone exists and my belief that it did not exist turned out to be wrong. People began reporting receipt of the device on May 19, 2026.

Another belief I earlier stated also turned out to be wrong.

Based on reports available at the time, I said 590,000 to 600,000 people had preordered that phone and put down $100 deposits. Per PC Magazine and other sources, including Trump Media, a hacker gained access to Trump Media. The hack revealed that the only about 10,000 people preordered about 30,000 phones. (Source)

In other words, the Trump Media T1 phone is a flop. It is also a technology antique.

Per TechAdvisor, the phone's internal component closely resembles the Taiwan-made HTC U24 Pro phone which is over two years old. The "assembled in USA" part seems to be nothing more than reskinning The Taiwan phone with Trump's gold case (some say it looks more like yellow plastic). The T1 runs on a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, which was released in mid-2024.

The phone does place calls and take photos. It exists and is being delivered. While the 10,000 people who finally received this antiquated device received a relic product, terrible service, and shifting claims and terms, I no longer believe they defrauded by Trumps in a way that could be successfully pressed in court.

Another Week, Another Lie

Once again Trump announced that peace deal with Iran was close. Specifically, on Saturday, on Truth Social, he said a peace agreement to end the war with Iran has been "largely negotiated." Now Monday evening, there are reports of US airstrikes in Southern Iran.

This weekly "we're close to deal" then nothing has become a pattern. In the meantime, Iran remains in full control of the Straight of Hormuz and they are developing their illegal ship protection scheme into a finely tuned, lucrative machine. World oil reserves continue to drain to critical levels. US gas prices remain high.

Trump's days-long war became a weeks-long war, and with us closing in on 90 days, it will soon be a months-long war. American anti-war and anti-Trump sentiment continues to grow and the November elections draw closer by the day.

Trump-Endorsed Paxton Wins Texas GOP Prmary; Democrats Rejoice.

Trump again proved that he retains an iron grip on GOP primary voters. His endorsement carries weight with that crowd. The problem is, it's a small group. Paxton received 586,953 votes. That's just 5.14% of the number of Texas voters who cast ballots in 2024 general election.

Because of the way parties are structured, that tiny slice of GOP primary voters can sway a runoff election like we saw on Tuesday. But their numbers are too small to do anything close to that this November.

The reason Texas Democrats are rejoicing is Paxton is widely seen as the weaker of the two runoff candidates. They greatly prefer this weaker candidate over the stronger incumbent Paxton defeated.

I don't know how this will play out in the midterms where it will be Paxton v. Talarico. The American people have shown their willingness to elect a scoundrel before and Paxton is one (impeached by his own party, adulterer, etc). I do know Texas Democrats are euphoric and by many accounts the TX US Senate race is now a toss-up with Democrat Talarico showing a slight lead in various polls.

With Trump's approval rating in the toilet and him losing Latinos, younger voters, Independents, Cornyn Republicans and others in droves, the Trump endorsement may be more of a boat anchor than a boost.

Maybe Dems should spend a lot of advertising and their resources in that state to help him win. Some say it’s worth the try .
