Well, I added a photo resizer app to the plethora of apps in my phone...being the computer illiterate person that I am, I can't figure this out. I am using this app on my phone, if that makes any difference. But what really gripes me is that I shouldn't have to modify, add, whatever, to make photos work on this website, when I am able to post photos on all my other websites, etc, with no modifications needed...

Oh, that's OK, it gripes me too. But there's nothing I can do about it.

But no matter how large I set the filesize, the server limits attachments to 2MB.
