This year it's felt like I've been wrong size, wrong place and wrong everything else. I've had em too tall too wide too heavy and everything in between. This has sucked for me but some I admit is me and some isn't lol

and then you slept thru a call or 2?.....LOL that doesn't help throws off the timing...

I just come off a May/June like that.....dang it really hurt too....

First time dealing with Safelite.....so far excellent at communicating.....
yesterday: Reminder notice and info concerning the ID of my assigned installer.
today: E mail from installer that my windshield was on board and confirmed my time slot between 8 am till noon..
Now : phone call confirming 11:00 am - noon time and my location....

I know some dispatchers that could take lessons.....LOL
