We don't have hills in SE MI so there is not point in walking to the PO. It's also only two miles to the PO so it can't be 12.

I LOVE weather stuff. I find it fascinating. If I were home all the time I would have an entire home weather station, tied into my computer. Events like this "Polar Vortex" we are experiencing are awe inspiring.

Was 50 yesterday when I picked up right outside Philly. Now in West Palm Beach, where it's 55 and everyone but me is freezing  . Back home, it's 7.

How reliable is an apu in below zero temps?

Sent from my SCH-i705 using EO Forums mobile app

Ours runs. It produces heat. Not enough to heat the sleeper and cab. We have a large enough generator that we can run the APU heat and an electric heater up in the cab.

Thanks for the responses, I have a carrier and I run solo so I only run it when I am stopped. Last night it did fine here in south carolina it got down to about +8. I just didn't know if it would supply enough heat in below zero temps.
