the concerns was in regards to the custom & border employee. will there be a person to take our toll money on the way back, or process a manifest Ext..

Crossed 4 times so far this week. Nothings changed.

We crossed from Ont to NY on I81. Truck traffic was VERY slow. Only our truck and one other. Car traffic, on the other hand, was a MESS! They had the cars stopped at the toll booth and were not letting any cross. The customs booths were PACKED with cars. Don't know why, just how it was.
