A 100,000 USD is 4,100,000 peso, now you see why many retire there. No, you don't need all that in cash, but do the math..................really all you need coming in is 2000 a month USD or less coming in and ur good to go or just use your savings, sell your home. You will waste it here anyway on nothing, just look at what it is costing to live in the USA at the moment....................do the math.
