It's an Expedite Exposition, but to those outside the industry, it's another truck show like MATS [Mid America Truck Show] in Louisville, GATS [Great American Truck Show] in Dallas, etc.
I prefer this one for the same reason I prefer driving a straight truck [over a tractor trailer]: it's not as ginormous, therefore more manageable, easier to find whatever you're looking for.
Especially the parking lot.

Honestly.....Going to Ohio for the Expedite Expo has been on my mind for the last couple of years. Like I've said in the past....Expedite may not be something I ever try, (Rates-Working Conditions/Hours just aren't the worth effort when 1 can make 4-5 times the $$$$ elsewhere in trucking), but I still love the Concept of the "Trucks" involved. I'd love to walk through the Expo looking at the unigue Straight Truck and Cargo Van set-ups that will be displayed all throughout that Hall. I'd even like to walk through the EO area after the Expo and see in person how a lot of these Members here Live while they're out there on the road.........
I don't agree with someone that said it's another "MATS" or "GATS" Exposition.....Not at all. I've been to the show over here in Dallas a couple of times. It is a huge huge event, and probably draws 10 fold the attendies that visit the EE, probably due to Expediting being such a miniscule Industry in the Trucking Industry overall.
Like I said......I would Love to....and WILL some year, go check it out. Last year it was seriously on my mind, but I had just started this little business I have now and decided not to. This year.....my little business I started last year has grown so fast that I just spent the last 2-3 weeks moving it into a building 2 1/2 times the size I started out with last year. So, timing wasn't right.
Maybe next year......and if I do show up.......I'll make sure I wear a Shirt that says "Brisco Is In The House" along with a red & white Archery Target on the back.

Actually, this time, I didn't - what I said was that it's a trucking Expo to those OUTSIDE the industry, cause they don't know how we're different from trucking in general. [And better, and cooler, blah blah blah].
Tell ya what: you show up, and not only will people be happy to meet you [even some who aren't drinking, probably], but I will make for you the shirt you mentioned.
At the Expedite Expo, the only fighting we do is with squirt guns.
