cat 3126b fuel in oil ? sucks

I am in indy onmy drive here I noticed my oil was very dirty so I had a oil change and when they changed it they said bad news diesel in oil ok so after looking at all the shops near the quick lube on harding. I found K&M truck repair they are going to look at the truck friday morning.

do any of you 3126b owners have a clue what may have caused this. BTW thank god I changed the oil on time because I still have 30psi idling and 50 driving thank you jesus.

The worst part is I am 198 miles from my house. All I can do is thank the lord that I found the problem before the engine blew up.

could be the fuel injectors

On that engine it is a injector seal or the injector tube. Injector by itself may be fine. Shouldn't be too bad of repair if either is the issue.

Thanks Dave I feel more relaxed now. I just hope they can get me rolling friday it would be terrible to be stuck here all weekend when I am so close to my house. but its all part of trucking.

I read a little on the 3126b for boats forum and read the seals do wear out they said the injector oring go bad I guess that is what they are talking about. Well all I can do is just wait and pray it isnt to costly or lengthy of a repair.

Ok fixed M&K truck repair in indy just off harding got me in fast and did a great job. #2 injector was bad they couldn't get a reman so I ended up with a new cat injector $450 and $265 labor and then of course a oil change again . So I feel real lucky because it could have been a real bad repair if a engine bearing dried up and locked up that would have been real bad.
