The first prisoner in Guantanamo was sentenced to life in prison for his involvement in the 1998 bombings of 2 U.S. embassies in S.Africa!

I guess that means Obama won't be able to close Guantanamo for as long as he lives.

The Accused are held at Guantanamo. I would imagine they will spend their time in a Federal lock up.
