Thank goodness there are some democrats with some degree of brains and common sense who are at least temporarily slowing down the STUPID Pelosi/Obama out of control speeding trainwreck. Let's hope enough of them retain enough brains and sense to keep this insanity from returning to full speed.

I read this earlier..the fact that they are coming around is a good thing...now if more of them can force this off till next yr, the chances of it getting passed at all falls. As more people start to see barry for what he is, the ecomonmy continues in the crapper, unemployment stays high or grows his approval continues to fall....then he is done....the reason for all of these bills being forced this fast is because he knows that after the honeymoon os over, his socialist plans will be seen and he is done..

As i see it now, he is a one term pres and in the same class as carter......

Those are not absolutely mutually exclusive terms. My last congressman was Nick Lampson. He's another blue dog and was pretty good more often than he wasn't. I voted for him and would again depending on who ran. There are conservative, smart democrats. They are just few and far between.

I am reminded of former Senator Zell Miller of Georgia. As a lifelong conservative Democrat, he became thoroughly disenchanted with his own party's liberalism-gone-wild.

Once, in a live interview on MSNBC, Senator Miller basically challenged host Chris Matthews to a duel. In that magical moment, Miller became a hero to millions.

Yes, Zell Miller is another of the good ones. A throw back to the time when democrat was somewhat good just like unions used to be somewhat good. Sadly both (democrats and unions) have become so diametrically opposite what they were meant to be as to be useless and worthless.
