Trucker Buddy Launches Membership Drive
The Trucker Buddy program is offering a new way to support the
trucker-classroom pen-pal program, with its "Trucker Buddy Nation"
membership drive.
New member donations will be used to support their nationally
recognized pen-pal program. One donation per year guarantees membership
and the option to have your name on the Trucker Buddy Nation page.
Members receive a membership card, a Trucker Buddy logo lapel pin, an
exclusive member newsletter and discounts and offers from sponsors. The
first 400 members will receive a limited edition die cast Trucker Buddy
truck ornament.
The levels of membership are:
• Individual: $20
• Business/Organization 1: $500
(250 employees or fewer with link and logo on membership page)
• Business/Organization 2: $1,000
(More than 250 employees, with link and logo on membership page)
Trucker Buddy International is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization
dedicated to helping educate and mentor schoolchildren via a pen-pal
relationship between professional truck drivers and children in grades
two through eight. Trucker Buddy matches classes of students with
professional truck drivers, and drivers share weekly news about their
travels with their class. Once a month, students write letters to their
drivers.
