‘Surprise’ inspections begin Tuesday in Maryland
Here’s a head’s up for anyone who trucks in Maryland. According to information distributed by CVSA, the state police in Maryland will be conducting what they call a “surprise†inspection of commercial vehicles Tuesday, July 1.
They’ll be pulling trucks and buses off I-95 on the east side of the Capitol beltway and into the FedEx Field complex.
John Hill, who heads the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, is expected to be on-site for a while.
