Precision Pulmonary Diagnostics partners with Oximetry Company

Houston, TX: Precision Pulmonary Diagnostics (PPD) has chosen Oximetry Company LLC as its latest sleep diagnostics partner to further its goal in reducing the prevalence of sleep apnea in the trucking industry.  Oximetry Company, headquartered in Clinton Township, MI, offers an exclusive, patented technology to test for sleep apnea in the privacy of the normal sleep environment.  Robert Rudowski II MBA PhD, CEO of Oximetry Company, has patented the Night Hawk sleep systems’ gold standard, FDA approved, technology to perform type 1 sleep studies almost anywhere.
 

Dr. Mark B. Berger, MD FCCP, upon recognizing the need for the diagnosis and treatment of sleep apnea disorders for professional drivers, founded Precision Pulmonary Diagnostics in 2003.  “We are excited to partner with Oximetry Company in offering localized LTL diagnostic services, supporting our efforts in providing sleep apnea testing, equipment, and education for the carriers and their drivers,” said Berger, PPD’s President.
 

Oximetry Company’s Night Hawk Sleep System will allow PPD to offer its diagnostic service in more locations, building upon its established network of regional accredited labs for the long distance driver. With this new exclusive partnership, PPD can now expand this service for local and LTL carriers at their facility, a designated sleeping room, or even at the driver’s home.
