Petro voted top truck stop by survey

TravelCenters of America LLC recently announced that its Petro Stopping Centers (Petro) brand was named "favorite truck stop" in an independent driver survey done by Overdrive Magazine. Drivers participated in a similar survey in 2007.

In the survey drivers across the United States responded to a variety of questions about truck stops and rated the brands they experience. When asked to select their favorite truck stop Petro was the overwhelming #1 choice in ten categories. Petro took the #1 spot in the following areas:

Best employees (2007 & 2008)
Best restaurant:
Best food (2007 & 2008)
Best breakfast (2007 & 2008)
Best buffets (2007 & 2008)
Best restaurant coffee (2008 new category)
Best truck parking (2007 & 2008)
Safest parking (2007 & 2008)
Cleanest showers (2007 & 2008)
Best maintenance shops (2007 & 2008)
Best travel stores (2008 new category)
