NationalTruck Driver Appreciation Week Aug. 24-30
ARLINGTON, Va. — With National Truck Driver Association Week 2008 next week, the American Trucking Associations is reminding suppliers, vendors, customers, and friends of the industry to mark their calendars for the celebration Aug. 24-30.
“National Truck Driver Appreciation Week is about celebrating our professional drivers and letting them know they are valued,†said Elisabeth Barna, vice president of the American Trucking Associations. “ATA is looking forward to all the festivities that will take place in just a few short days.â€
Motor carriers, state trucking associations, and trucking industry manufacturers and suppliers can still order items to give our professional truck drivers during National Truck Driver Appreciation Week. NTDAW items include banners, t-shirts, hats and log book rulers — all with the 2008 National Truck Driver Appreciation Week logo.
