IdleAir extends customer support hours

IdleAir is pleased to announce that Customer Support hours have been
increased, and now extend from 8am to 2am ET, 7 days a week.

“We continue to increase Customer Support in response to strong and
growing demand for IdleAir services”, said Ethan Garber, IdleAir CEO.
“Since our re-launch in August of 2010, IdleAir has signed up 30,000
professional drivers and more than 400 fleets, representing over
80,000 company drivers.  As a service-centric company, we are
committed to adding resources that ensure satisfied guests and repeat
visits.”

“Our extended Customer Support hours start two hours earlier in the
morning, and enable IdleAir to better serve our many new customers as
they check-out from visits and plan their routes, including their next
IdleAir visit.”

The IdleAir Customer Support team is proudly located at IdleAir’s home
office in Knoxville, TN.  IdleAir continues to create American jobs as
the company grows and opens new locations.
