Fatal Georgia truck stop shooting under investigation

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Fulton County police are searching Thursday for a suspect in the fatal overnight shooting of an unidentified man at a truck stop on Fulton Industrial Boulevard. 

Police officers received a phone call just before midnight Wednesday reporting that several shots had been fired into a parking lot across from a gas station.

When officers arrived at the scene, they found one man shot.  He was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police are trying to determine who killed him and why.
