Express-1 Rewards Straight Truck Owner Operators with Rate Increase

January 27, 2012 - Express-1 , Inc., a leading U.S. provider of expedited freight services, has announced a rate increase for straight truck owner operators to $1.20 for solos and $1.24 for teams, effective March 1st, 2012.
