I know it is a hot summer day but its only a few months till Wreaths Across America Day Saturday Dec 10 2011 12 noon eastern time. There is alot that is needed. Help is needed to place wreaths on graves at National Cemetaries across the country, sponors are needed to sponsor wreaths and help with the transportation, etc. One of the goals this year is to cover all 275,000 graves at Arlington National Cemetary with wreaths and good news the National Cemetary in Anniston Al with the help of Gold Star Mothers has raised enough money to cover all graves at that cemetary. Update THe Escort convoy to Arlington National Cemetary leaves Harrington Maine on Dec 4 2011 with all trucks and the Patriot Guard arriving at the Arlington Cemetary on Sat Dec 10 2011. Only 3 months till the big day and still time for anyone that wishes to help at Arllington or at one of the other National Cemetaries around the Country or sponsor a wreath

Update: Only 2 months till this years events,they are still looking for volunteers to help lay wreaths at Arlington National Cemetary and other Cemetaries around the US. Update for any here interested the Wreaths Across America Escort to Arlington National Cemetary is set to leave Harrington Maine on Dec 4th and arrive at Arlington on Sat Dec 10. Thanks to all the truckers who will be part of the convoy and the Patriot Guard Riders who will escort them.

Load One is proud to be participating this year. We picked up our load of wreaths this weekend in Maine. Delivered at the first stop in Alabama this morning. We have 4 of stops at military cemeteries in Alabama and then the final 2 at military cemeteries in Louisiana. Really a great cause and a great honor to haul a load like this. Thanks to our driver Dale New for his services!
