Won't start

I have a 1999 International 4700 series with a 530E. It cranks and cranks but won't start. I've changed fuel filter, cleaned prefilter and checked condition of ball check in prefilter. Have also checked 50 amp fuse in bat box. I guess my next will be the cam sensor. Anyone have any ideas:confused:

I agree with the cam sensor but you might also check to see if the fuel is moving thru the pump. Check the line at the pick up pump. First place after the filter the fuel line goes. If the sensor is okay than sounds like no fuel pressure.

I am not a diesel mech. In all do respect, if I had a heart condition,,,i call a heart specialist, IMHO,,,so as a last resort,,would a good qualified diesel mech be a good choice?
