Reading this story, Girl's overdose death raises questions

Makes me confirm that my feelings that many parents don't deserve to be parents. I know that there are a lot of lazy and stupid parents out there but some kids just don't deserve this.
If you are a parent or a grand parent, read this entire article and think about it. I mean look at these two and look at the age of the kid. No 4 year old needs to take drugs to be a little robot.
