need info on starting up with 1995 int'l

I AM IN BOTH AN INFORMATION VOID AND IN AN EMPLOYMENT
VOID. I CAN'T GET A REALLY GOOD SEMI DRIVING JOB
BECAUSE I HAVE A FELONY RECORD, AND MORE THAN 3 MOVING
VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS; SO, I'M THINKING -
(AFTER FINDING A STRAIGHT TRUCK W/ 22 FOOT BOX,
"WHY NOT BUY MY OWN TRUCK AND DO FREIGHT EXPEDITING"?

PROBLEM: MOST OF THE FREIGHT EXPEDITORS GO INTO
CANADA AND THEY WON'T HIRE (LEASE) A TRUCK UNLESS
IT CAN GO INTO CANADA; SOLUTION? FIND OUT IF THERE
ARE SOUTHERN FREIGHT EXPEDITORS THAT DO NOT EVEN
GO INTO CANADA, THAT WOULD NEED NEW O - OPS WITH
EQUIPMENT TO HIRE ON.
NEXT PROBLEM: THE TRUCK I WANT TO BUY (95 INT'L
WITH 250 NEW GENERATION/AIR SUSPENSION/22 FT. BOX/
SLEEPER, HEAVY DUTY FLOOR WITH FREIGHT ATTACHMENTS
INSIDE BOX, IS SLIGHTLY OVER THE YEAR/MILES LIMITA-
TIONS FOR LEASING ON NEW EQUIPMENT. SOLUTION?

THAT'S WHY I AM POSTING THIS FORUM QUESTION,

I NEED HELP GETTING STARTED WITH THE ABOVE CIR-
CUMSTANCES TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT.
