Two comments:
I've heard Canada will put a torque wrench to check lug nuts. Each out of spec nut is a separate violation.

Speedco, which has good and bad points, has a torque wrench that gives you a print-out of torque applied to each stud.
I will get this done soon after tire replacement.
It shows that I've made more than routine effort to be sure truck is "in spec ".

Over-torquing and under torquing: are aluminum wheels and steel wheels torqued at a different setting due to the difference in the metal?
