Ok, I'm not really a "Newbie" anymore, as I have been around the block a few times. This "lifestyle" isn't as bad as some people make it out to be. But I will tell you what is BAD, there's a certain carrier out there that has a certain shipper.... Everything get's dispatched out in the morning, and load after load after countless load, they are always 4+ hours late in loading you, because something is not ready, different BS, you name it, they have it. And they do not pay Detention Pay. Last time we were here for 9 hours. This will be the last and final time I ever accept a pickup from this shipper. I don't understand why this continues to happen time after time again....and from what I can tell from other driver's, this has been happening for years. Not me, my time is to valuable. RANT OVER.
