Was looking into a new company to go with and it seems that tristate has changed themselves alot from what they were a few years ago. i recently went to the terminal and right away you notice that the tristate workers really seem to value their drivers. there are alo alot of new faces they also seem to be a bit beaten down in an strange way dont understand tht. but with all of the changes they have made i am thinking about giving them another try. are there any other tristate operators on the board, or a recruiter to tell me what the future of the company looks like after the sudden growth of panther2? are the amount of loads available decent? how are single drivers doing? everyone up there seems nice and willing to help you. but what is the story since the changes.
