Congress should be bound by every law just as citizens and they should also get only Social Security. The entire Congressional pension should be recalled and all recalculated based on standard Social Security. That much of it goes back to them. The rest goes into the Social Security Trust to replace a tiny bit of what they've stolen through the years.
