I have been looking at used cargo vans for a while now. Do most companies put an age limit on vehicles. When I spoke with Panther 2005 model year is the cut off. Before I start calling other companies I was wondering if anyone on here might know. Thanks!

Welcome to EO....:)

If your going to contact decal carriers yes you'll run into this...E-1 is like about 5 yrs or so as well...some might want to see the van before putting it on....
non decal carriers are not so fussy...IMO

There is a very clean '04 E-350 Extended 6.0 Diesel near me for $5800. Seems like finding a good clean late model for under $10k is fairly difficult. Most vans I've looked at are beat to death and have been to the moon and back at least 10 times....

yepper...nothing like an ole CV around to use as a beater....some are like the Ever ready bunny...:)

keep in mind some of these used vans have never left the city limits....running 70 mph for 15 hours straight in 100 degree weather, puts a lot of strain on them and any weaknesses will likely show up within the first 30-60 days...

Ever ready bunny? Is that the Canadian cousin to energizer bunny? :)

At LS as long as it can pass inspection they'll allow the vehicle to lease on with the company. Mine is an 2005 sprinter. Now they want sprinters because they can haul larger freight.
