Valve adjustment in Cincinnati

Does anyone know where, other than Freightliner, I might be able to get valves adjusted on short notice between now and Sunday? I called Freightliner and even though I recommend them to everyone for everything and have bought trucks and parts and service it seems I have no pull. Hmmmmm. Go figure. I have a truck that is going to be in town here which is rare and I really need to get that done. CAT is out as well. If you know of anyone please me know ASAP.

I would think any qualified diesel repair facility could handle your valve adjustment. What city are you in?

Glen Thanks for the heads up. I know this will help. Cincinnati is where I need to have this done. The reason I am asking is I am trying to do it on short notice and the folks that I normally work with can not get it in. I wanted to do it while my driver was going to be down to restart his hours and that happend to be right here in town. I had my other one done in Rockford,Ill. The short notice here in town is what is creating the problem.RaceMan

Be glad you didn't use that FYDA in Cinncy- they might have got your valves adjusted by Christmas... 2007:D
I heard the KW dealer on the same road as FYDA there is very good and works on all trucks and engines, give them a try.

Thanks for ther info. You are right about FYDA. I had told my driver if we get in there it will most likely take twice as long. I will call KWRaceMan

Thanks to all who gave suggestions. No one would do it today so I had to send the truck on his way. I will do in January somewhere. Thanks for the ideas though.
