A while back I posted about my truck being backed into . I was given good advice about dealing with the insurance company . The claim was handled by AIG in Des Moines . The day I faxed them estimates they mailed me a check for repairs . The day the truck came out of the shop I called them and received a check for downtime in the mail a week later . I've never had such fast service from an insurance company .
