Ktap. Hello,Im looking to buy a 24ft. straight truck for freight forwarding out of the Dulles Va. area. Does anyone have any suggestions on what type of truck to buy that best suits this segment of the industry. I would be running local freight around Va DC MD NC PA and sometimes NY FL OH. I dont plan on being on the road for weeks at a time,but you never know until you start. I would like to know if whether to lease or buy. Should I look into trucks with sleepers,air ride; What engine size, make, type. Most of my work will be local. All suggestions wanted and appreciated. Thanks.
