Truckers Welcome: Those Porn Stops at the Truck Stops

Yes, we have all seen them. Porn Stops at the Truck Stops with the attachment,"Truckers Welcome". You gotta love freedom of speech. Wakes you up, does it not? Sure seems to stereotype truckers as maybe a perverted breed of folks.

I can see this scene: Your a trucker, and your ridding down the interstate and you have you 10 year old daughter or son with you, and guess what Dad, they can read...Now he or she says to you , Daddy, " what do truckers do in that video store?" or something along those lines...............its a run and hide moment....

I just bet some of you have daughters and some of us (yes me to) have granddaughters and grandsons who can read those signs, ain't life great.

I'm just commenting, its just a think about it moment....

I've only seen a couple of stops like that. Both of them near TA stops, but I don't suppose that means anything.

Usually, when I stop at a truck stop I gravitate toward the Christian book rack. Seems there's a rack with inspirational books in nearly every truck stop I've been to, and every now and then I buy one of the books.

Now, if you want to cross the street to the adult bookstore, that's your choice. There are other choices, suit yourself.
