Well, I have done my research, and looked at the alternatives. It appears as far as APU's are concerned, the TriPak is the way to go.
I was hoping to find a less expensive alternative since the truck it will be going on is a 04' Freightliner columbia tractor. But the unit can also be moved to another truck in the future.
I have got a lot to learn, but the one thing that I do want to do as I begin my journey as a fleet owner is be the kind of owner I always wanted to work for. In todays world, I believe an APU is not an option anymore.
