Rift raft Road about 3 mile section of road. If your going to Norfolk, VA Beach , Chesapeake, I would run down I95 and come in on VA state route 460 in that way. Also sometime I664 is back up to. If you are leaving , Norfolk, VA Beach, Chesapeake, VA, I would run back out to 95, I would not go west on 64 out of Norfolk.
